Inside IR35Concept Resourcing are looking for a Frontend Developer to join a Central Government client based in London/Bristol OR Manchester.
This is an initial 6 month contract with a possible extension. The role is INSIDE IR35. Day rates between £475-550 per day, depending on experience.
The ideal candidate must have the following experience;
* Previous experience working in thepublic sector/government.
* Experience in frontend development, with detailed knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
* Experience with the Ruby on Rails framework and a reasonable understanding of the Ruby programming language.
* Understanding of software design principles, including progressive enhancement.
* Experience in building robust and accessible interfaces that work for as many users as possible, regardless of their needs.
* Experience of using testing to validate solutions
* Understanding of agile environments and version control
* Basic understanding about web security.
* An awareness of technologies usedfor web applications, e.g. HTTPS, JSON and CDNs, and of Unix-like operating systems e.g. Linux and/or Mac OS
