A fantastic role for an enthusiastic, ambitious IT Engineer to work with a global leader in cloud and software management.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Telephone and remote access support of customers
* Remote monitoring of customer systems
* Updating of call logging system and Management of calls
* Act as a point of escalation for customer issues, achieving resolution by engaging all available resources
* Application troubleshooting/support
* Develop technical knowledge of technologies as required
* Escalate issues and involve experts wherever required in order to resolve issues as quickly as possible
* Develop sound understanding of IT operations and related applications as well as business related processes and procedures
Requirements
* Minimum 1+ year experience in Service Desk Support
* Must be fluent in either German or French and English
* Must have experience providing support for Office 365
* Experience providing support for Microsoft Azure isa bonus
