Do you have more than 10 years solid experience covering areas such as client support, technical support, delivery, Operations, Project Management, and Client Relations? One of my key clients is currently looking for a Head of Client support join their London team. Post covid the role will require the successful candidate to be in the office 2 days per week plus additional travel to the office when required for client meetings or companywide meetings. You must be able to travel to the London office. As the Head of Client support you will be fully responsible for all client concerns so you must have the ability to build strong relationships with customers at all levels. This is an extremely important role where you will be tasked with putting yourself on the receiving end of delivery ensuring the highest standards are achieved.
From a management perspective you will oversee the Client Support and Infrastructure Services team where you will be responsible for setting objectives and targets to measure and improve KPIs and performance to ensure customer service excellence is achieved. You must have the ability and desire to mentor and develop the team to help them to find creative solutions to improve the service offering. Problem solving will be key in this role but also having the ability to delegate to you team.
