Description:
Reporting into Head of Professional Services to successfully lead a team of Programme Managers, Project Managers, PCO's and support staff. Must have or currently working for an IT reseller, Managed Services Provider or customer focused IT services business. My client is looking to grow this area of their business to be able to fully support the over grow plans for the business.
You will need to have a solid IT projects and programmes management pedigree (currently or recently held Prince 2 and MSP practitioner), managed a number of high profile substantial projects utilising infrastructure focused technology and supporting client journeys into Cloud (Azure or AWS). Looking for a driven and ambitious leader of their PMO function (currently at 23 people) and looking to grow into 2019.
Responsible for;* Commercial success of the team and their projects
* Working closely with Presales, sales, BDM's about pipeline and ongoingopportunities
* Mentor and escalation point for team
* Proven track record of revenue growth and attracting & developingtalent of a professional services team
* Prior project and programme management delivery experience
* Working hard with peers to reduce 3rd party spend to maximise profit - utilisation analysis, pipeline forecasts and ensure team is appropriately trained.
Salary on offer is up to c£85,000 base + 20% bonus + corporate benefits. Base and package and be adjusted if that suitsyou better - i.e. higher basic and less package.
