iO Associates are looking for a Head of Development to join our client based in Central Reading. You will be responsibleto lead a growing team of Software Developers and to develop their delivery momentum as they work and develop a product on a modern technology stack.
You will control their all software development and delivery, resource management, operational management, teamwork, leadership and performance development. You will be responsible to provide instrumental leadership to the team through serving as a role model to support the teams to deliver against their targets and responsibilities.
Essential requirements-
·Team management experience of 5-10 developers
·A strong track record of delivering complex software product
·Very strong knowledge of software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies
·Experience of recruiting, growing and developing a team of talented software engineers
·Strong project management experience
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills
