Description:
I am looking for experienced InfrastructureCloud Consultants to support a Managed Services Provider based in Surrey. There are Two positions available and I am looking for an immediate start where possible.
Role Responsibilities:
* Supporting the pre-sales process, ensuring the designs fulfil both customer requirements and operational standards.
* As a technical SME, you will be expected to support both BAU and Project work, assisting in solution scoping, design and deployment and support transition.
* You will be encouraged to review and recommend new technologies to help improve services.
* You will be responsible for config' of complex and custom componentsfor project implementations and service improvements/changes
* Using a consultative approach, you will liaise with new and existing customers to deliver value added professional services such as capacity planning, security audits, performance optimisation, customer premise deployments and migrations.
Skills and Experience:
Essential
* 4 years+ experience
* Client facing technical consultancy role. You must possess the ability to understand customer's challenges, discuss and present solutions to those challenges and ultimately implement the proposed solution.
* 5-10 years+ experience
* Technical environments including data centre hosting (Private Cloud), virtualisation (server and desktop), networking, authentication, security and desktop
* Hyper-V and VMWare
* DAAS, PAAS, IAAS
* Public Cloud using Azure and O365
* Active Directory, certificates,DNS, GPO, ADFS and Azure AD
* Microsoft SQL, Exchange and SCCM
* Highly motivated, confident and ambitious individual witha meticulous approach to work and attention to detail
* Hands-on, pro-active approach to consultancy and support assistance* Excellent interpersonal & communication, documentation and presentation skills
