IT Business Analyst
£45-55,000 + Bonus & Car Allowance

Code Red Associates are a leading supplier of Permanent & Contract ICT resource to a variety of Blue Chip, SME & expanding organisations throughout the UK. We are currently looking for an experienced Business Analyst for a respected organisation with offices across the South East of England.
The principal responsibilities include the provision of business needs analysis and translating them into clear specifications that accurately outline requirements, document customer journeys and meet the needs of the organisation. The role will involve the methodical research, analysis, review and documentation of all business functions, processes and data witha view to improving any aspect of these systems or processes for the good of the business. Your role will centre on work acrossprojects and programmes to identify business problems/ opportunities; elicit, analyse, document and validate requirements; and define/ implement suitable IT/ business solutions
* Work with internal stakeholders to identify/ define business problems/ opportunities, understand the current 'As-Is' state and define business requirements to achieve the 'To-Be' state.
* Plan and manage the analysis tasks throughout a project and use a range of best practice analysis tools to elicit, document, analyse and validate functional and non-functional requirements.
* Manage requirements throughout the end-to-end lifecycle, ensuring that thereis traceability at all stages.
* Utilise appropriate models to support the requirements capture and validation process
* Leadfeasibility studies (where required) and manage supplier selection processes (where required).
* Work closely with internal ITteams and external 3rd party suppliers to design, test and implement suitable solution
