iO Associates are working with an one of the fastest-growing MSPs in the UK. They are currently on the lookout for an IT Engineer to help them in their continued growth.
This companyis well-known for its innovative approach to technology, and it top quality training and development.
Role: IT Engineer (2nd/ 3rd Line)
Location: Bristol
Salary: £30,000 - £42,000 + £2500 training budget + 10% bonus
*Experience in the legal sector is mandatory for this role*
This position will fulfill technical responsibilities and also take over the IT Manager'sresponsibilities when they are OOO. Any team lead experience would be great but not mandatory.
This company is fully set up for a remote interview and onboarding process.
In this role you will handle escalations from first line support, providing anexcellent level of customer support.
As the company continues to grow, you will be involved in small to medium-sized projects as required by the IT Support Manager.
This role will involve working with:
* Office 365
* Azure AD
* HP stack
*Windows
