Concept Resourcing are currently recruitingfor IT Rollout Team Leader to assist with a large scale Win10 deployment project throughout Brighton, Woking and Surrey
The Role:
Will involve the following tasks:
* Point of contact for Project Manager
* Point of contact for end customer
* Manage site escalations effectively
* Delegate user/ customer queried to correct team/ department
* Remove existing user harddrive at user desk
* Replace with a new pre-imaged hard drive and reinstall existing peripherals
* Ensure new hard drive correctly powers up whilst with the user
* Engineer to box and return old device to storage area
* Travel to various sites (asper client requirement) - Mileage claimable
* Update sign off software accordingly
* Complete Target SLA of 30 devices per week per engineer
Package information:
* The duration of the working day will be 9:00am finishing at 17:00hrs.
* £150 per day
* MUST be able to pass BPSS check (enhanced criminal record check)
