Role: Service Manager
Salary: Up to £48,000
Location: Yeovil
Are you an experienced Service Manager that is looking for a change? Want to join a company that are currently undergoing a large digital transformation and is looking at how they manage and roadmap services for their thousands of daily users both internally and externally?You will be responsible for customer facing IT & digital services and be working cross functionally and across teams toenable continued improvements across the business as a whole. As the business continues to grow and engages further in it's digital transformation you will play a key part in providing leadership through major incidents but also working with the strategy & delivery teams to ensure customer needs are being met.
The ideal individual will have worked in an medium sized organisation and have a background in ensuring disaster recovery plans are in place as service outage or lack of continuity could effectthousands of customers daily.
