iO Associates are working with a technology-driven companywho are looking for an IT Support Engineer to support end users. This company provides a variety of services, including bespokeweb applications and integrated services.
As an IT Support Engineer, you will build, configure, and maintain software and hardware products. This role will give you the opportunity to learn about automation, and apply this knowledge to your daily role.
Role: IT Support Engineer
Location: Exeter
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 plus benefits
This IT Support position willwork heavily with end users, and aim to improve the support processes across the business.
In this role, you will asses newtools and procucts to be utilised by the team.
This position will focus heavily on automation and workflows.
This role will involve working with:
* ITIL framework
* Automation
* Workflow configuration
