THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited has partnered with a longstanding non-profit organisation that provide essential services throughout North Manchester's communities. Due to continued success and development, my client is seeking an IT Systems Analyst to further expand the existing IT infrastructureto help support the businesses' growth plans.
As an IT Systems Analyst, you'll work closely with internal teams overseeing and managing the software and hardware systems used internally, whilst also playing a pivotal role in implementing new technologies. You will have responsibility of evaluating current systems to research, suggest and implement new systems where appropriate.This position requires a candidate with a wide interest in the full IT lifecycle and eager to display their existing skillswith an innovative approach to their work.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Ensure all ICT systems faults and issues are reported and resolved
* Support the design and development of digital projects
* Creating IT documentation and user guides
*Manage, administer, and support all in-house IT systems
* Produces reports and completing data analysis
