CENTRAL LONDON

THE OPPORTUNITY:
We're exclusively supporting a highly successful company located in central London that is looking to expand their IToperations team due to an increased volume of business. As a result, they are now seeking an experienced IT Technician to jointhe team.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior members of the IT team playing a key role in providing hands-on support to users, alongside assisting in the roll-out of new technology-based projects. This is an opportunity to be involved in everything it takes to run the IT department. Successful candidates can expect to rapidly progress their career and gain exposure to the company's entire IT Infrastructure.
THE IT TECHNICIAN ROLE:
* Installing, configuring, and maintainingsoftware and hardware components of computer and network systems
* Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues
* Testing new hardware and software before installation
* Serving as the first point of contact for IT Support within theorganisation
* Maintaining and updating technical documentation
* Support and maintain internal IT infrastructure
THE PERSON:
* Previous experience in an IT Technician role
* Windows Server 2012 - 2016
* Windows 10
* Office 365
* SharePoint
* Exchange Server
* Active Directory
* Networking (DNS/DHCP)
* Cisco VPN
* MRI Horizon (extremely desirable)BENEFITS:
