Junior Presales - Manchester
My client a fast growing IT re-seller is looking for a Dell and HP (Server, Storage etc) product experienced support or technical engineer to join their team. You will be working with customers who are interested in buyingtechnical solutions and who need your advice or guidance on the best route / technology for them to take. Once the solution hasbeen agreed you then pass across to the design / architects on the presales side who will be working closely with you throughoutthe process. This role will give you the perfect opportunity to work in a more customer engaged / solution's role and a step away from the hands on technical (proactive, repair / maintenance) type role.
It would be highly advantageous for you to be working for and with a IT re-seller, service partner or MSP / Managed Services business so you are used to working and helping various different companies with their technology concerns. Knowledge of certifications in and of the following would be handy - Dell, HP, Microsoft, VMware, Cisco or IBM).
Passionate about the technology and helping customers is key with this one and thisrole is a step into a more design / architect type role with the same business.
Will consider candidates who are seeking c£35,000 - £40,000 + a bonus which is paid quarterly.
