Microsoft Security Architect
London + UK wide travel when required
Up to £70,000 per annum + benefits package
Are you a contractor who is looking to go permanent? Are you still uncertain about IR35 and now seeking job security? Are you a specialist across Microsoft with a passion for Security Architecture?
A growing Cloud practice are now looking for a Microsoft Security Architect - 1-2 days office involvement (post-COVID), remote working and travel to customer site. This opportunity will see you take a "lead" approach within the practice across the Security Architect function.
Requirements for this Microsoft Security Architect opportunity are as follows:
- Ability to provide 'Pre-sales support' expertise around Security solutions
-Ability to conduct client security assessments and workshops
- Developing High and Low Level Design documentation from assessments
- Technical experience in building secure client environments based on Microsoft E3 & E5 365 solutions, Azure - Identity, Azure ATP, Azure Information Protection / Azure sentinel
- Ability to provide technical and business related recommendations to security structure and future Security Architecture
- Act as a 'Security expert' in Application Development, DatabaseDesign, Network / Operating System efforts, within best practice and industry standards
- Researching, designing and adopting'modern' technologies and architecture around Security products to support Security requirements for a range of customers, partners and vendors
- Designing and building controls to address Security risks and events
Skills set / technical experience:- Broad range of Microsoft Security technology experience, eg. Defender, DLP, EOP, NAC, IDS/ IPS, IDAM, Certificate Management, SIEM, Endpoint Protection, Anti-malware, vulnerability management
- Exposure to Microsoft Office 365 E3 & E5 OR EMSE3 Security eg. Microsoft Intune, Azure Multi Factor Auth, Conditional Access Control, Azure ATP, Azure Sentinel, Azure Information Protection, Azure AD (P1 & P2), E5 Features, PowerShell scripting, Customer LockBox etc.
- Ability to convey risks andbenefits to C-Level customers and non-technical audience
- Experience of migration type projects, traditional Data Centre Infrastructure / Application and Data Designs to Hybrid-Cloud / Cloud environment
- Worked to ISO:27001 standards
On offer for this Microsoft Security Architect is a salary of up to £70,000 per annum depending on experience. This is a full-time PERMANENT opportunity.
