Microsoft Teams Support Engineer - Contract - Remote
You will be dealing directly withcustomers, focus is on supporting customers onboard to O365, specifically assisting them with Teams related issues. Reactive ticket basis means will be dealing with customer who have logged tickets, process will be to hand hold and support them in troubleshooting virtually until problem resolved.
Skills:
* Teams experience and expertise (1+ years)
* General O365 knowledge(1+ years)
* SME levels required 2-5 years of hands on experience with Team
