Description:
We are currently recruiting for an Onsite Technician/Engineer in Chiswick to work for the worlds largest manufacturer of ATM's and EPOS systems. The main purpose of the role will be to focus on operational Technology services and support for their EMEA corporate offices.Summary of Key Responsibilities:
* Provides support to EMEA Technology team and the business for day to day issues and complex market specific End User tasks & activities.
* Assist Service Delivery team and Service Desk in executing support processes. Work closely with relevant vendors on a day to day basis.
Experience Required:
* Minimum 2 years of experiencein onsite engineering or End User Support or similar role
* Hardware break-fix - desktop, laptop, printer, epos
* Understanding of basic network fundamentals
* Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows and Office environments
* Understanding of MACOS and Design support environment beneficial
* Previous experience in field engineering OR floor walking support
Working Hours:
09:00 - 17:00 Monday - Friday
