The Covid-19 pandemic is having a profound impact across the UK. This study aims to find out how many people have the infection and how many are likely to have had the infection, even if they haven't realised it at the time.
My prestigious government client near Portsmouth, Hampshire are seeking a Programme Planner to work with stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the project are defined. The planner provides clarity on key milestones to define what, when and how activities will be organised to ensure the outcomes of the project/programme can be achieved, with the resources available.
You will lead on all aspects of project planning, which will include the development, updating and monitoring of plans and schedules. You will identify tasks, activities,interdependencies and outputs for the project and work with the project teams to track and monitor progress against the plan throughout the life of the project/programme.
Relevant Skills and Experience:
* Project management or support qualificationsuch as Prince2, P3O, MoR, MSP and Agile working
* Experience in project, programme or business planning (operational, financial and workforce planning), ideally across a number of sectors/organisations
* Experience of working with both Agile and moretraditional delivery methodologies.
* A track record of prioritising and delivering outputs in a fast-paced, high pressure and time-sensitive environment
* Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship management skills
This is a 3 monthcontract opportunity, which has been deemed inside of IR35.
* Home working until the organisation returns to office working.* Some travel to other sites required.
