Concept Resourcing are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join a Central Government client based in London/BristolOR Manchester.
This is an initial 9 month contract with a possible extension. The role is INSIDE IR35. Day rates between £100-150 per day, depending on experience.
The ideal candidate must have the following experience;
* Previous experience working in the public sector/government.
* Experience of owning the end to end recruitment campaign, working with a recruitmentpartner to design an effective time line for each campaign.
* Experience and knowledge of guiding hiring managers and candidates through the selection process for Digital, Data and Technology recruitment campaigns.
* Experience leading all recruitmentcoordination and administration support this includes but not limited to; diary management, logistics (meetings and visits), room bookings for each campaign using our applicant tracking system and updating relevant systems and spreadsheets.
* Experienceof creating engaging adverts on our social platforms and our applicant tracking system to make our jobs and projects visible tothose we want to attract.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills.
* Experience of managing candidate on-boarding process ensuring timely completion and both manager and applicant are regularly updated.
