£35,000 - £50,000 PLUS OTE £100,000 + Benefits
Currently supporting an innovative business support company with a fantastic opportunity. My client is looking at expanding their UKSales team and are looking for a Sales Manager to cover the UK and Europe. The Sales Manager will have extensive sales experience selling into public and private sectors. The ideal person will be a self-starter who is motivated to build relationships withexisting clients while also generating new business.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Securing new clients and constantly expanding the business.
* Monitoring sales data and current market trends and market needs.
* First class consultative sales skills.* Good understanding of Features and Benefits.
* Build initial relationships and help merge with account managers.
* Preparing account profiles for company accounts.
* Identify and create a strong loyal relationship with all decision makers.
* Workclosely with other Directors to build a UK sales team.
* Aware of applicable company KPIs and business plan.
* Be aware ofall competitive activities within major accounts.
* Good disciplined use of CRM and ERP.
* Develop a strong network by attending relevant conferences and events.
* Create sales strategies for sales managers/ directors to approve.
REQUIREMENTS:* Excellent written English essential with a strong eye for presentation.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.* At least 4 years sales experience selling to top level clients.
* Sold within Legal, Healthcare or University sectors advantageous.
* Willing to travel globally to meet clients.
* Strong analytical skills, negotiation skills and Leadership skills.* Ability to travel to at least twice a week to central London office.
