Description:
My client requires a Project Lead / Scrum Master for a large Change and Transformation programme inclusive of processes, tooling, practises and techniques aligned to User needs, whilst transitioning into Agileapproach.
Main role responsibilities:
* Defining project scope to the team, and planning project target
* Preparing work schedules
* Requirements gathering
* Mitigating the risks
* Sprint planning
* Scheduling the daily Scrum meeting
*Managing Scrum process responsibly
* Helping the Scrum teams to follow Scrum practices
Skills/Experience required:
* Equal levels of expertise in a scrum master role and leading projects
* You must have proven experience of delivering security solutions (protective monitoring, etc).
* A good understanding of project or programme management methodologies, tools and techniques including:
- requirements management
- planning
- scheduling
- resource management
- budgeting andcost management
- risk and issue management
- quality management, etc.
* Understanding of various project managementmethodologies, tools and techniques including
* Familiar with external applicable quality standards
* Understanding of theneed to maintain a practical and pragmatic approach to standards compliance
* Proven track record of managing a medium or small complexity project
This role requires a valid SC Clearance.
This role is outside ir35.
