SD-WAN / SDN Network Engineer
£55k - £70k + on-call + overtime + training + benefits
An industry leading IT services company are now looking foran addition of an SD-WAN / SDN / WAN focused Network Engineer to join as part of their specialist Networks delivery practice.This is a great opportunity to work with the latest next-generation and modern Networking technologies for complex, enterpriselevel projects. An opportunity to further develop your skills set within SD-WAN / SDN and WAN Networking is on offer, includingFirepower, ACI, ISE, Nexus and Public Cloud offerings.
Key requirements for the SD-WAN / SDN Network Engineer:
* Delivery, Deployment, Configurations and Implementation of enterprise level Network solutions
* Support and configuring latest technologies, mainly across Cisco / SD-WAN / SDN / WAN
* Incident management and escalations
* Working within ITIL framework
* Provide Level 3 technical support
Desired skills set:
* Proven experience in the Network Engineering field
* Experiencetroubleshooting network solutions
* Experience with Cisco SD-WAN / SDN / SDA (software defined access), Firepower, ISE, CiscoACI, and Cisco ASA
* Strong understanding of BGP / OSPF / EIGRP / MPLS Networking protocols
* Technical and hands-on as a Network Engineer
* CCNA / CCNP certified
On offer is a salary between £55,000-£70,000 per annum + on call rates + overtime options + benefits and additional training opportunities.
