This role is a permanent role for a well respected organisation who are rapidly expanding and putting a lot of time into mentoring an individual to become the next C suite level executive. In this, you'd pick up alot of new technologies, work on some exciting projects and grow with a wonderful team around you that you would inevitably endup leading.
The role is a permanent role paying up to £70,000 based in the clients Gloucestershire office. It would also offer the chance of working from home one day a week along with a number of other benefits.
With regards to the person they are looking for, ideally you will have experience either leading a developer(s) or mentoring a developer(s). In addition to this, a thurst to learn and grow within an organisation (Somebody who wants to be a senior developer for the next 20 years would not be quite right at this time) along with somebody that feels comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.
Along with this, the core tech stack is either C# and/or Full stack Javascript along with a number of other technologies such as Kubernetes and othertechnologies.
