Senior Developer / Team Leader
Llanelli
£35 - £50k dependant on experience
THE ROLE
We are looking for ahighly experienced developer with staff management background to join this fast paced and fun team in Llanelli.
The role willbe very hands on managing a team of 4 developers and personally working on multiple projects across the business, at any giventime.
Staff development and mentoring will form an important part of the role.
The client base is very diverse bringing variety to the position and opportunities for further skills development.
You will work on Javascript, front end React / VueJSand also back end NodeJS.
The position will likely be remote to start with but ideally you will work from the Llanelli office in the future.
REQUIREMENTS
* Relevant IT qualification
* Senior Development experience
* Proven staff management / mentoring skills
* Experienced with Javascript essential
* React, Vue and Node experience preferred
* Proven ability to manage multiple development projects concurrently
* An innovative work style
* Flexible and creative
* Teamplayer
