Working on a meaningful product that will change lives is not an opportunity that often comes about. iO Associates is happy to be working with a true tech for good start-up looking for a Senior UX Designer to join them on their journey.
My client, a company in the healthcare tech for good space are helping the NHS save millions of pounds every year whilst helping to improve the service through using their technology. Millions of people are already using the platform and asa result helping patients, doctors, nurses, admin teams to radically transform things.
As part of their organic growth they're seeking a senior UX Designer to come on board and help establish the UX / UI function within the business and take the product to the next level. You should be a strong UX Designer with a track record of improving products, it's key in this role that they're looking to help the product be more impactful, user friendly and competitive.
They're looking for...
* A strong portfolio of design projects
* Experience in delivering and designing product solutions
* Experience in conducting user research experiments
* Project planning and management experience
* Strong knowledge of design principles
* Experience with design software (Axure, Invision, Sketch)
* Knowledge of HTML / CSS / JavaScript is a bonus (but not essential)
This is a role where you can work fully from home (like a lot of the team do a lot of the team do already). Ideally if you can pop in at the start and end of sprint cycles that would be ideal for them (plus you get to catch up with the team in person). On top of this there is a discretionary bonus to be earnt, in house yoga sessions, yearly ski trips and salary reviews every 6 months.
