Service Delivery Manager - IT Services - ITIL - Continuous Improvement - Managed Services Organisation - London -£40,000-£45,000
I am currently recruiting an IT Service Delivery Manager to join a small but exciting Managed Services business based in London
As part of the Service Delivery Manager role your main responsibilities will be to:
* Manage numerous accounts and ensure the Service they receive is in line with contractual obligations/SLAs/OLAs
* Be the point of escalationfor major Incidents
* Carry out regular service reviews with external customers
* Create Service Packs and Service Reports* Work with Project and Support teams to ensure Service Transition plans are in place for new customers and services
* Drivecontinuous improvement and efficiency's
* Implement, enforce and follow ITIL processes
To be successful in your application for the Service Delivery Manager you will:
* Have a background in IT Service Delivery
* Have ideally worked for an IT Services/ Managed Services business previously
* Have a strong understanding of Infrastructure solutions (not hands on)
* Have excellent customer management skills and the ability to build long and trusting relationships
* Have experience defining andcreating Service Level Agreements and Service Packs/reports
* Be ITIL certified
This role is paying £40,000-£45,000
