I am currently recruiting for a 1st Line Technical Support Analyst to join a globalIT Services company based in Reading.
You will be responsible for providing end user support and have working knowledge of DNS/DHCP/Active Directory
This role is offering a generous package of £20,000-£23,000 + £2,000 shift allowance + benefits
Essential:
* Previous working experience with the following Technologies:
* Active Directory
* DHCP
* DNS
* Previousservice desk experience
* Previous experience working to ITIL.
Desirable:
* ITIL Foundations Certificate
This roleis working as per a shift basis.
These shifts are between the hours of 7:00am-7:00pm, and operate on a 4 on 4 off basis.
