Service Desk Technical Analyst| Milton Keynes| 3-month contract | £16 per hour
iO Associates are currently looking for a Service Desk Technical Analyst for a 3-month contract role located in Milton Keynes starting immediately at £16/hour. This will be mainly 1st line support, in which you will be providing technical support to users based in Asia/Pacific territories.
Job requirements include:
* Previous experience as a 1st line support
* Experience providing Service Desk Support bysupporting users in diagnosing, reporting and resolving or correcting hardware and software problems.
* Experience installing,maintaining and troubleshooting hardware and software.
* Experience logging all issues with appropriate documentation
* Ability to maintain current knowledge of support knowledge provided through training
* Experience with Windows/Windows Server* Experience with Active Directory
