A leading IT services organisation are seeking people to to join their team on a permanent basis in a Office 365 Service Owner role. You will be responsible for providing specialist advice, guidance and communication around Office 365; particularly around Office 365usage and adoption.
This role will be very client-facing therefore good customer soft skills are essential.
Role Responsibilities:
* Act as a primary point of contact for your portfolio of clients
* Conducting Office 365 service reviews
* Effectively communicate the features, benefits and capabilities of the Office 365 suite
Technical requirements:
* Understanding of cloud architectures and solutions, including Office 365, Sharepoint Online and Azure
* Previous experience in client facing roles
* Good awareness of Office 365 toolsets including Exchange, Sharepoint, Skype for Business, Onedrive for Business, Yammer and Microsoft Teams
