My client, a leading aerospace company is actively seeking for a Software Development Manager. This is a hands-on development manager role and you will be responsible for implementing new features as well as being part of the company's development roadmap.
The successful candidate will be responsiblefor line managing a team of software engineers as well as Testers in an agile environment.
Essential Requirements:* A proven track record of line managing Agile team members
* Demonstrable experience with Java
* Proven development experience and understanding SQL
* Team working
* Ability to motivate people
Personal skills and experience
* Experience of Agile knowledge methodologies especially SCRUM
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
