Description:
My client, a major player in the aviation software industry is currently seeking for a Java Developer in their next phase of growth.
The Software Engineer will support the existing customer implementations. Daily tasks include triaging, diagnosing and fixing new customer issues. The team will feedback lessons learnt to the mainline engineering teams in order to improve overall levels of quality.
Technical Skills
·Java web application development experience
·Excellent knowledge of Java language and core API·Web Browser/Web server/Database interactions
·Ability to produce technical documentation to support solutions implementedEssential Skills
·Ability to analyse and maintain existing solutions
·Excellent problem-solving skills
·Ability to make smart choices and prioritise well
·Self-motivation and drive
This is a permanent position where you will be based just northof Bristol.
