Role: Software Engineer with Progression to Senior/Lead/CTO
Location: Bridgend
Salary: £40,000 - £60,000

iO Associates have partneredexclusively with a start up on the cusp of taking their software to market and we are looking for a Software Engineer to be thefirst of many exciting hires this year.
On offer to you is the chance to grow your own software engineering team alongside the co-founders as well as progress your own career through to Senior, Lead and even CTO level should you wish to do so.
There's 5 in the team at the moment, most of them focus on the AI side of things. A lot of the tech is currently outsourced to localteams but the plan is to bring everything in-house over the coming months.
