Do you want to specialise in exploring how SD-Wan solutions can enable mid to enterprise size customer journeys when it comes to their network security and abilityto scale securely and fast? You will be concentrating on this niche area - a SD-Wan specialist role providing pre-sale and technical solutions to customers. Its a huge areas of growth right now and there is expected to be lot's of F2F customer interaction, discovery sessions and workshops on Teams of F2F - so be prepared for plenty of customer meetings!
My client is looking fora customer facing and engaging technical / solutions architect who can work closely with a sales specialist to help design thetechnical solutions to solve my client's customers obstacles. It is imperative that you come from a pre-sales / technical solutions perspective and have experience of consulting to find the best business outcome.
You will be working or have experience of designing HLD and LLD across a niche area of technology - SD-Wan, Firewalls, Network Security and it is important that you canhelp a sales specialist in technically mapping out the designs across these technologies (network security). Ideally you will work for a IT services or MSP business that specialises or offers solutions across SD-Wan, MPLS networking and network security.Your role will begin taking the lead from the sales specialist, engaging with the customer leading the solution design fromthe start to finish. Finish for you is when you pass across to delivery / engineering. Location wise can be UK wide although itis likely you will be travelling to see customers (if and when permitted) 1-2 a week and this will be expensed. My client has numerous offices across the UK hence why location is not that key - but the ability and desire to travel to see customers is so important. 50% of travel likely to be London and South-East when allowed to do so!
Salary is c£62,000 - £75,000 + £10k bonus +benefits. Please send your CV
