A well established and growing Lloyds Syndicateis looking for a Junior Technical BA/Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.
You must have enthusiasm and good organisation skills and be willing to get your hands dirty as to start with this will be a very varied and mixed role. This will suitsomeone with a computer science background ho is looking to get experience different areas.
The role will involve some analysis, document writing, testing and learning some database skills. The career direction would be becoming a BA, a Tech BA, working in Change Management or Delivery Management. So this is a really exciting opportunity to gain training in a well-established company
They are offering a basic of up to £45,000 + Work from home + flexible working hours, 15% private pension and much more! They pride themselves on their laid-back culture. There is no hierarchy here with annual pay reviews and little perks like regular team socials and early finish on a Friday.
