Technical Solutions Manager - Azure/M365 - Cyber Security - Unified Comms
Home-Based - £90-100k + bonus + benefits (£125k + package)
Concept IT are working with a leading IT services organisationto find a Technical Solutions Manager who will be in charge of Technical Architects and Technical Consultants delivering solutions for clients.
The key solutions are public cloud (Azure/AWS/M365), Cyber Security & Unified Communications. We are looking for someone to either be an SME within 1-2 areas or have a wider knowledge across all areas.
The ideal candidate will beeither an experienced Consultancy/Architecture Manager who is up to date with the next generation of technology solutions.
This role will form part of the senior leadership team and report directly into C-Level
All sensible UK locations are considered but with willingness to travel to London HQ and client meetings when required.
The Role
* Develop compelling technologysolutions and products for clients
* Manage a team of Technical & Solutions Architect
* A flair for communicating innovative Cloud approaches and their benefits directly to clients, understanding the underlying business needs and goals, providingexpert advice to support the resolution of complex business problems and to support sales.
* Support the sales team with expert client guidance on operationalising Microsoft Azure Cloud / Cyber Security / UC platforms, mapping requirements to best-in-class implementation, selecting the most appropriate solutions, and evaluating non-functional attributes such as security, usability, portability, and stability
* Provide proactive support to clients and prospects to ensure their successful adoption of innovative products
* Manage multiple opportunities through the entire business cycle simultaneously, working with cross-functional teams as necessary
* Deliver presentations internally and externally
Required Skills & Experience
* Experience ina similar client-facing solutions architect / product management position
* Innovative and passionate mindset
* Strong communication skills for C-Level engagements and client-facing technical presales
* Ability to lead and mentor others
* Understanding of budgets and ability to build profitable product solutions
Salary on offer is £90-100k + bonus + package (£125k+ package)
