Concept are recruiting for a 1st line support engineer to work for a IT Company.
This role is based in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire
This role is offering between £18,000-£23,000 depending on experience + benefits.
Fantastic opportunity to be a key player, in an exceptionally strong, awardwinning IT Managed Services business.
You will work as part of a strong technical support team, responsible for the supportand day to day management of our customer solutions. The candidate must have a strong Microsoft background in an MSP environment. The individual will need to be approachable and people focused as well as having a strong technical background.
The role will require some onsite support for customers on an ad-hoc basis.

Requirements:
* The ability to communicate clearly and concisely with customers over the telephone.
* Flexible approach to work.
* Driving licence and access to a vehicle.
* Min 12 months experience in a similar role.
The following technical competencies are desirable but not essential:
* Active Directory(Configuration, troubleshooting, Group Policy)
* Microsoft Exchange (2010, 2013, 2016)
* Basic understanding of networking(DNS, DHCP, switching, routing, VPN)
* Backup software (Backup Exec, Veeam)
* Citrix Technologies (XenApp, XenDesktop, NetScaler, StoreFront)
* VMware Technologies
* Office 365 Technologies
