Role Details
* Respond and take ownership of tickets while ensuring that they are complete.
* Make sure that SLA's are always adhered to
* Provide remote support to clients and Liaise with 3rd parties when possible
* Work as part of a team and solely on your own
* Troubleshoot & monitor client's systems and provide fixes
Desirable Skills (Not All Essential)d
* Active Directory, Group Policies
* Microsoft Exchange 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016 -Office365
* Windows Server 2008r2, 2012r2, 2016 - Office365
* VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix
* Switching/Routing/Firewalls - Cisco, Meraki, WatchGuard
* Backup - Veeam, Acronis, Symantec etc.
