AYLESBURY
UP TO £26,000 OTE £40,000 UNCAPPED
Get Recruited are supporting aspecialist in Communication Systems in Aylesbury. You will be joining a friendly, energetic, outgoing and supportive sales and marketing team.
The successful candidate must be target driven & self-motivated and have previous Business Development within a Technical sales environment
THE ROLE:
* Maintaining regular contact with customers via telephone, direct mail and email
* Providing timely responses to all customer queries you receive i.e. phone, email, live chat
* Verifying customer contact details and updating the company CRM as required
* Creation and sending of customer quotations
* Follow up outstanding leads to agreed procedure to generate revenue
* Providing customer support with orders and delivery enquiries
* Meeting customers and prospects to discuss and identify their needs
* Create enduring relationships that allow you to cross-sell andupsell opportunities
* Provide monthly report on current activities and sales pipeline
* Work with internal sales and marketing team to improve customer acquisition and retention
* Collaborate with internal teams e.g. sales and engineering to address customers' needs
* Support the Marketing team on promotional campaigns
* Identify testimonial and case study opportunities* Identify and contact potential new customers
* Build a pipeline to ensure a constant stream of sales
THE PERSON:* Technical sales experience essential
* Communications experience i.e. mobile or radio, body cameras or CCTV experience.
*Previous Business to business, Business Development, Sales or Account Manager experience essential
* Proactive, passionate, keen to learn, team player
* Excellent communication skills - able to communicate ideas concisely and confidently both written and orally
* Analytical problem solver with high attention to detail
