iO associates has recently partnered with a manufacturing specialist based in Hertfordshire who are one ofthe most trusted vendors for lens coating and cleaning across a number of industries. Their machines are the best in the marketand are more consistent and higher quality compared to their competitors. To make sure they stay as a leader of the market iO have been commissioned to find them a PLC programmer with the following skills:
·PLC programming (Allen Bradley, Beckhoff)
·HMI (Factory Talk, Pro-face) programming, remote costumer support
·Other duties include electrical design (Eplan) of new machines
This role will involve a lot of travel to client sites and will vary on a day to day basis you get to grips with the challenges of the role. You will be quite senior in this role and therefore will take on the responsibility for creating operationalprocedures and improving machinery safety.
