Stroud -Embedded Software engineer - Graduate or Junior
Over the next 15 years, the population of Earth is set to be at nearly10 Billion people resulting in a large amount of pressure within sectors ranging from construction to utilities to education.My client in central Stroud offer a solution to these constraints by providing innovative solutions across hundreds of sectors allowing society to deal with logistical and technological issues. This site operates as a small specialist arm of a globalgiant. The work will require someone to come in and learn the legacy products which are still widely used, and also get involved with new product development.
The future holds interesting Linux implementations allowing this person to learn new andhighly desirable technologies. They have a number of positions available from a fresh graduate who has some experience in a placement year, right the way up to a senior.
Due to the varied levels of background they will look at I would welcome applications from people who are commutable and have a recent background in Embedded Systems and low-level programming. However, theideal candidate will have exposure to the following:
* Embedded C/C++
* Real time operating systems
* Communication Protocols
