Description:
An established but fast growing business is seeking a Group Financial Controller based in Greater London.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and development of the accounting operations of the Finance Team:
* Overall management of the accounting operations of the Finance Team, including all management accounting, payment processes and the VAT and other tax submissions, in coordination with the Group Tax Manager
* Responsible for the accuracy and integrity of the Group's accounting records, financial systems and financial ledgers, ensuring thatall sub-ledgers are in order and that balance sheet accounts are fully reconciled
* Continuous improvement of the Company's month-end processes to ensure that timely and accurate monthly management accounts are prepared, checked and analysed
* Ensurea strong control environment, focusing on appropriate revenue and cost assurance, and with policy and procedure documents developed and kept up to date
* Ensure that meaningful and accurate variance analysis is delivered on a monthly basis to assist in better understanding the revenue performance and cost base of the business
* Drive continual improvement and development of allfinance processes
* Motivate, manage and structure the team
You will be a credible and engaging financial controller withproven experience of working within a fast paced, high growth organisation and be well versed in operating through periods of change.
