Get Recruited are currently supporting a rapidly expanding business based in Southampton who are seeking an Inbound Customer Service Advisor to join their team.
As the Inbound Customer Service Advisor, you will be required to manage end users in line with processes set by the business.

THE INBOUND CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR ROLE:
* You will act as the first point of contact for all customer queries, ensuring that customer calls are answeredin line with KPI's
* Respond to customer email's in a timely and professional manner
* Listening to the customer's enquiry,before making sure that all faults are expedited in line with customer expectations
* Manage assigned faults in the 1st Lineteam members queue within SLA's
* Manage WIP's to ensure pending end user and confirm that clear cases are assigned to relevant teams
THE PERSON:
* At least 6 months experience within a 1st line support, customer service, call centre or phone-based position is essential
* Qualifications or degree in IT related discipline is essential
* Demonstrated understanding of technical troubleshooting and fault finding
* Excellent communication and listening skills
* Ability to professionally respondto customers
* Flexibility to work weekends
* Ambitious individual with the desire to progress within the company
