A long-standing client of mine based just North of Oxford is currently on the lookout for an NPI Engineer to join their growing engineering division.
The role of this engineer will be to ensure any new products developed by the company are designed correctly from the basic concepts through to production and manufacture.
The company develops sensory technology for remote and harsh environments, usually relating to the Oil&Gas industry. As such, a lotof their products require certification through ATEX/IECEX standards, any experience in this area will greatly aid your application.
Key requirements:
* Thorough understanding of embedded software/firmware and electronics - specifically relatable to RF based technology
* Experience with NPI for small scale and high-volume manufacturing in a fast paced environment.
