SALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR - PERMANENT
COVENTRY
£21,000 - OTE £30,000 UNCAPPED COMISSION
THE OPPORTUNITY:My client is an industry leader and due to continued success, they are recruiting for an experienced Sales and Customer ServiceAdvisor to join their rapidly expanding team in their Coventry office.
The role is perfect for someone with previous customer service or telesales experience that is looking to build a career with an industry recognised brand.
In return you will receive full training in: product and industry knowledge, customer service skills, sales and negotiation skills and continued personal development.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* You will be selling a wide range of business products and providing account management for all your clients
* Following up on leads generated by field engineers
* Generating new businesses by cold calling offering new products and services
* Develop and actively manage sales pipeline
* Additionally, book appointment for Field Sales Executives where appropriate
THE PERSON:
* Previous telesales experience
* Experience/ knowledge of the telecoms industry- preferred but not essential
* Driven, self-motivated individual
* Strong relationship building and negotiating skills
