Get Recruited are currently recruiting for a leading freight forwarding company based in Manchester, who are seeking a Field Sales Executive to join their growing team.As the Field Sales Executive, you will use your skills to grow a large territory, focusing on building a new client base while getting to know and maintain excellent relationships with existing business. With full support of internal teams, you will research and implement business development projects.

THE ROLE:
* As the Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for growing the number of customers within your given territory
* Contacting companies and securing face to face appointments
* Offer a consultative approach, introducing the range of services on offer
* Negotiating contracts before closing the sale
* Manage a number of existing accounts, increasing revenue and building strong relationships
* Work closely with the internal team, coordinating the sales development and managing new projects
* Supply management with weekly reports, updating themon developments and future plans
* Work towards targets and KPI's
THE PERSON:
* Knowledge of the Air Freight / Sea Freight / Land Freight or logistics industry is essential
* Previous business development / sales / field sales experience
* Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
* Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills* Prioritising, time management and organisational skills
* Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
* Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
