Job Title - PMO Analyst

Location - Milton Keynes

Rates - £270.20 - £307.56 per day

In Scope of IR35

About the role/project:

To run programme controls and operational assurance for a portfolio of projects within the Network Rail Telecoms business and to provide MI and demand plans.

What you will do:

1 1. Support the creation of the periodic Programme Status Report (PSR).
2 2. Liaise with Project Managers and Programme Managers with the timeliness and quality of report submissions.
3 2. Analyse data from Project Status Reports to providetrend reports and propose corrective actions.
4 3. Support the creation of slide decks for the Pre-Portfolio Review (PPR) andPortfolio Board.
5 4. Maintain the integrity and configuration management of any assets within the NRTHUB.
6 5. Maintain theProject Lists and descriptions within the PMOHUB of delivering the project objectives, including during project development ifrequired.
7 6. Support the production of Stakeholder Reports required for Public Holiday and weekend works.
8 7. Create business level communications from the PMO.
9 8. Support the creation of the NRT Build PBR and GDR PBR Packs.

9. Cover for themain Reporting manager during periods of absence and any other time as maybe required

Your experience will include:

Essentials

Job Skills

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills at the senior management level
* Strong English business writing skills
* Competent user of Oracle Projects and/or Business Intelligence
* Competent user of Microsoft Office Exceland Powerpoint and Project

Experience

* Demonstrable experience to deliver quality work in a timely and cost effective manner
* Demonstrable expertise in project controls, including Earned Value Reporting
* Demonstrable expertise in QualitativeSchedule Risk Assessment
* Demonstrable expertise in the creation and validation of IT work and cost estimates and plans
*Demonstrable experience in IT delivery and assurance for programmes and projects
* Experience in managing and/or supporting ITenabled business change programmes
* Experience in working in a Programme Office function
* Experience in managing suppliers in an outsourced environment and understanding of contracts.
