What's involved...
You will be responsible for end to end management of client campaigns, handling the logistics, installation, on-site management, creative, budgeting, client and venue liaison and live event management of a differing range of events.
The ideal candidate will come with at least 5 years’ experience of experiential or event management, having gained experience of managing project with big budgets.
The role will require a high level of detail when managing client campaigns and be able to lead clients through all stages of a campaign.

- The successful applicant will be working with our clients and their customers during the events so needs to be customer focused and be able to communicate at all levels.
- Self-motivated and committed to get the Job done to exact standards with occasional tight deadlines, and difficult conditions, often working on your own.
- You will be required to be physically fit as there will be elements of manual work and have good practical and interpersonal skills.
- Good Listening skills, to fully understand the requirements of each job, particularly when verbally briefed.
- Flexible attitude to work, the ability to adapt quickly to changing demands and situations
- Having worked in the sports and/or events industry or a customer facing environment is an advantage but is not essential.
- The ability to live and work away from home for extended periods, sometimes at weekends and at unsociable hours. International travel may be required
Travel, accommodation and meal expenses will be covered if working away from home.
Location of work to be based from Southampton.
