TRAVEL AFTERSALES AND TICKETING CONSULTANT
I have an excellentopportunity to join an award winning Specialist Tour Operator based in Hampshire working in their busy After Sales Department.My client is a well established luxury independent Tour Operator who are seeking a confident individual who has both travel industry and ticketing experience with very strong customer service skills, together with the ability to work under pressure as part of a flexible and professional team.
THE JOB:
*As an aftersales consultant you will be supporting the reservations consultants and dealing with post booking queries/issuing tickets .
*Solving any problems and queries that may arise.
*Dealing with customer amendments and special requests.
*Issuing clients documentation
*Run and manage reports
*General administration duties
*Arranging daily mail for collection
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
*CRS experience (a good working knowledge and understanding of Galileo would be very useful).
*Fares and ticketing level 1
*Managing queues and issuing tickets prior to deadlines*Ticketing reissue experience
*Familiar with nett and public fares
THE PACKAGE:
The successful candidate will be rewardedwith a fantastic basic salary which will be dependent on experience within the region of £18000 plus you will be entitled to some fantastic company benefits and travel industry perks.
