Corporate Travel role with a twist! Leading independent business travel company in Berkshire, is seeking an experienced corporate travel consultant to manage the air and rail itineraries, including ticketing for it's events team. This will involve both group and individual travel. A competitive salary in the region£23k - £26k pa, potentially more for exceptional candidates!
JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Responsible for managing the travel logisticsfor a whole event from beginning to end
-Booking ticketing, re-issuing, invoicing and reconciliation of air itineraries aroundthe globe
-Dealing with group travel as well as individual travel
-Liaise with our clients
-Follow crisis management procedure as required and assist affected travellers accordingly.
-Utilising Excel for detailing costings
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:We are seeking someone with previous business travel experience and solid GDS knowledge, keen to take a different direction inthe corporate travel world. Or if you have experience of booking travel for groups or events on a GDS this would be a great opportunity for you too!
THE PACKAGE:
Salary is dependent on experience and in the region of £23k - £26k pa, more for exceptional experience! This could suit someone living in the Berkshire/Middlesex area keen to use their skills but move away from the London commute!
