Have you worked in a Customer Service environment? Do you have great UK Geographical knowledge and looking for your next exciting opportunity?
A well-known and trustedExecutive Chauffeur service based in South East London are looking for a Client Services Coordinator to join their friendly team.

Main duties:

*To book managed itinerary based and as directed chauffeur drive services, thoroughly checking and validating the completeness and accuracy of client instructions and updates, and raising any discrepancies with the booker at the earliest opportunity.
*To arrange the supply of the booked service through our global network of third party affiliates, ensuring that the proposed vehicle and driver are legally compliant and meet our exacting standards, and that a rate is agreed in advancefor any non-tariff services.
*To actively manage the chauffeur drive service once it goes live, liaising between booker, passenger, driver and dispatch as required to ensure smooth service execution and effective management of delays, changes, special requests and any other issues that may arise.
*To process cancellations and no-shows in accordance with our operating polices & procedures, where applicable informing the client of any charges that will be incurred.
*With the support of the management team to calmly and professionally handle any service issues / failures or complaints, expediting resolution and then followingup to fully understand the circumstances, provide a detailed explanation to the client and prevent a similar occurrence in thefuture.
*To ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction by responding to or acting on other phone calls, emails and web enquiriesfrom existing and new clients in a timely manner, where appropriate passing these on to or assisting colleagues in Sales & Marketing, Finance and IT.

Experience:
*Geographical knowledge is a bonus as we are a worldwide company, but London knowledgewill be good
*Experience in a customer service role
*Understanding of conference/ events and roadshows is preferable, as this is what the role consists
*Good written and oral communication
*Good with learning new systems (our role is computer based).
*Team player

Salary and Working Hours:

This is a day position, this consists of shift patterns, 8am-5pm, 9am - 6pm, 10am-7pm, 11am-8pm.
This entails a Monday - Friday role in the office.
Salary - Circa £24,000 depending on experience.INTERESTED?
